Chapter 5 is a master-planned chapter, founded by Jason Archer and Ethan C. Hand in November 2020. Chapter 5 is currently inactive, pending the recruitment of a suitable youth leader. Chapter No. 5 is also currently working with the aviation program at Kent School to find solutions for Kent students looking to receive flight training and get involved in aviation.
